What deletion removes
Deleting your account removes your email, age band and region, instructions and their earlier versions, activity and program progress, check answers and results, preferences and device tokens. It cannot be undone. Export your Manual first if you want a copy. Records we must keep for security, unresolved disputes or legal duties may be retained for that purpose, and purchase records are kept with your identity removed.
If you cannot sign in
Email hello@ownmode.app from the address on your account, or use the support form with the category Privacy and the subject "Account deletion". We confirm the account is yours before removing it. Do not send a password.
Data in this browser
Instructions you saved without an account stay in this browser until you clear it. The button above also clears the OwnMode data stored in this browser.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the store.
