What OwnMode is

OwnMode is a tool for noticing patterns in your day, trying short activities and keeping personal instructions in a Manual. It is for self-understanding. It is not a medical, psychological or therapy service, it does not diagnose anything, and it does not promise any result. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact local emergency services or a support line.

Accounts

You can use situation pages and activities without an account. To save to an account you give your email address, age band and region. You must be at least 13, and some regions require you to be older before an account can be created. Keep access to your email private, use OwnMode lawfully, and do not interfere with the service or other people's use of it.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you write. We store and process it only to run the features you use, to keep the service secure, and as the privacy policy describes. Your Manual and instructions stay available to you, and you can export them, including after a subscription ends.

Subscriptions

Programs after day 1 and the full reports are part of a subscription. In the iOS and Android apps, the purchase screen shows the price, billing period, any trial and the renewal date before you pay. Apple or Google processes the payment and its refund rules apply. You cancel in the store, in one step, and deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription. Web checkout is not available yet; the website shows prices for information.

Availability and changes

Features differ by platform and version. If we make material changes to these terms we will post the new date here. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that applies to you.
